New countries, verified rule changes and corrections, newest first.
Learn reworked for a worldwide audience: every lesson and case is now a deal between a named seller and buyer on different continents, with a real mix of transport modes (cross-border trucking, air freight airport-to-airport and door-to-door, container and bulk shipping, multimodal). Each scenario shows seller, buyer and mode, and the diagrams label both parties.
New: Learn — a free, illustrated training module with one scenario lesson per Incoterms® 2020 rule (11), journey diagrams, responsibilities of every party, self-check quizzes and four fictional 'What went wrong?' cases. All lessons are awaiting expert review (marked 'Reviewed by: pending').
First release: 20 country records researched (Brazil, India, China, Mexico, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Türkiye, Indonesia, Argentina, Nigeria, South Africa). Facts that rely only on ICC's January 2025 barrier list are marked 'needs review'.
